hi97 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using the hi97 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and hi97. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use hi97.

hi97 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform or registered contact details. Your continued use of hi97 following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use hi97, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hi97 applies a minimum age of 21 for all registered players, consistent with responsible gaming best practices for the Bangladesh market. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended and any funds held pending verification or return.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) registering for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and current personal information. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on hi97 at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether through different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, account restriction, or any other access limitation imposed by hi97 at the time of registration or login.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one account on hi97. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hi97 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your username and password confidential. You should notify hi97's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• hi97 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) from any player at any time. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. hi97 may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bKash account confirmation or bank statement) as part of the verification process.
• Players must keep their registered contact details (mobile number and email address) current and accurate. hi97 is not responsible for any failure to communicate with a player that results from outdated contact details held on the player's account.
• hi97 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, hi97 reserves the right to consolidate those accounts, void any bonuses received across those accounts, confiscate any winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

hi97 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All financial transactions on hi97 are conducted through supported payment methods which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. hi97 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required to facilitate a deposit or withdrawal is the sole responsibility of the player.

Deposits are credited to the player's hi97 wallet promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the hi97 platform, subject to any pending KYC verification requirements. hi97 does not charge platform-level fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits are set out in the hi97 Payments Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. hi97 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered in the player's name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on that account.
• hi97 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests at any time, including requests to verify the source of funds deposited. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such checks. Failure to cooperate may result in the withdrawal being delayed or declined.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to a player's account, hi97 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly. Players are not entitled to retain funds credited in error and must notify hi97 support promptly if they become aware of any such error.
• Players are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to gambling winnings in their jurisdiction. hi97 does not deduct or withhold taxes from player winnings, and players are solely responsible for their own tax reporting obligations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

hi97 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out below. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account in Bangladeshi Taka. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms.
• hi97 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without notice. Bonus offers are available to eligible players only, and hi97 may restrict certain promotions to specific player segments (e.g., new registrations, VIP tier members, or players in specific Bangladesh divisions) at its sole discretion.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once per person, per household, and per device. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once — through multiple accounts, multiple payment methods, or any other means — constitutes abuse and will result in all bonus funds and associated winnings being voided and the player's account being suspended.
• hi97 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings from a player's account if hi97 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bonus was claimed in error, that the player was not eligible for the bonus at the time of claiming, or that the player has engaged in bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus or promotion are subject to the specific terms of that bonus or promotion, including any applicable wagering requirement on free spin winnings. • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit can only be increased after a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.

• Using hi97 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using hi97 transactions to obscure the origin of illegitimate funds.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or registering under a false name, false date of birth, or with fabricated identity documents.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or otherwise interact with hi97 in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability on hi97 for financial gain. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of a technical error are not withdrawable and will be voided upon detection.
• Colluding with other players or with hi97 staff in any manner that provides an unfair advantage in betting or gaming outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed through hi97.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi97 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hi97 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other financial loss, even if hi97 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. hi97's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hi97 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond hi97's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events). hi97 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of platform unavailability.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the hi97 platform — including but not limited to the hi97 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of hi97 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any hi97 content without the prior written consent of hi97. Unauthorised use of hi97 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11. Privacy

hi97 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account with hi97, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to These Terms
